New hope for men with zero sperm count
NCT ID NCT05479474
Summary
This study is testing whether injecting a patient's own concentrated platelets (PRP) into the testicles can help men with severe infertility produce sperm. It's for men who have previously had unsuccessful sperm retrieval procedures. Researchers hope this treatment might improve the chances of finding sperm for in vitro fertilization (IVF).
