Could a simple blood treatment boost IUI success?

NCT ID NCT07282327

Summary

This study is testing if a new step can help couples get pregnant through IUI. Researchers will mix a small amount of the woman's own processed blood (called PRP) with her husband's sperm before the IUI procedure to see if it improves the chance of pregnancy. They will compare pregnancy rates and safety between couples who receive this treatment and those who get standard IUI.
