Could your own blood help heal your voice?
NCT ID NCT07350642
Summary
This study is testing whether injections of platelet-rich plasma (PRP), made from a person's own blood, can help improve voice quality for people with certain vocal fold problems like scarring, grooves, or thinning. Researchers will enroll 48 participants to see if PRP injections lead to better voice function and quality of life over time. The goal is to find a new, minimally invasive treatment option for these challenging voice conditions.
