Summary

This study tests whether injecting platelet-rich plasma (PRP) into the epidural space during endoscopic disc herniation surgery can reduce nerve pain in the leg. PRP is made from the patient's own blood and may help healing and reduce inflammation. The trial will enroll 50 adults with a single-level lumbar disc herniation who have not improved with conservative treatment. Participants will receive the PRP injection during surgery and complete questionnaires to assess neuropathic pain over six months.
