Summary

This study tests whether injecting platelet-rich plasma (PRP) into the vocal cords can help people with vocal fold sulcus, scar, or atrophy. Researchers will measure voice quality and patient well-being in 48 participants over a follow-up period. The procedure is done under local anesthesia using a thin scope through the nose.
