Summary
This study compares single injections of low-dose platelet-rich plasma (PRP), high-dose PRP, or saline in 135 adults with shoulder osteoarthritis. The goal is to see if PRP reduces pain and improves shoulder function better than a placebo (saline). Participants must have moderate to severe pain that hasn't improved with other treatments like physical therapy.
