First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tested whether injecting platelet-rich plasma (PRP) into the ovary could help women with poor ovarian reserve produce more mature eggs and embryos during IVF. 102 women were split into two groups: one received the PRP injection, the other did not. Researchers then compared the number and quality of eggs and embryos between the groups.
