Blood injection may cut recovery time after anal fistula surgery

Summary

This study tests whether injecting platelet-rich plasma (PRP) into the wound after fistulotomy helps it heal faster. About 70 adults with simple anal fistula will be randomly assigned to get PRP or standard care. The goal is to see if PRP reduces pain and shortens recovery time.
