First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tests whether using a special 360-degree virtual reality treadmill (omni-VR) is practical and helpful for people who have had a stroke at least 6 months ago. Thirty participants will either use the VR treadmill or do traditional exercises for 45 minutes, three times a week for 12 weeks. The main goal is to see if people find it easy to use and if they stick with the program, while also checking for improvements in walking, balance, and thinking skills.
