Summary
This Phase III trial will compare proton beam radiotherapy with standard photon radiotherapy in 504 patients with non-metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The goal is to see if proton therapy reduces toxic side effects and improves survival. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two radiation types and followed for at least three years.
