First seen Nov 12, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a newer type of proton radiation can better treat craniopharyngioma, a rare brain tumor near the pituitary gland. It involves up to 160 children and young adults whose tumor was not fully removed. The goal is to see if this treatment controls the tumor while causing fewer side effects than older radiation methods.
