First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looks at a less invasive way to treat a rare brain tumor called craniopharyngioma in children and young adults. Instead of removing the whole tumor, doctors do limited surgery and then use precise proton radiation to target any remaining tumor cells. The goal is to control the tumor while reducing long-term side effects. The study includes 112 participants aged 0-21.
