Breath test could replace painful muscle biopsies in nutrition research
NCT ID NCT07317921
Summary
This study aims to validate a new, non-invasive breath test as a simpler way to measure how dietary protein helps build muscle. Researchers will compare results from this breath test against the current gold-standard method, which requires muscle biopsies. The goal is to make future nutrition and muscle research less invasive for participants.
