Summary
This study is exploring how different protein drinks (from milk or soy) affect chemicals in the blood and urine, as well as thinking skills and mood, in healthy older adults. Researchers are comparing drinks containing casein, whey, and soy protein in 32 participants aged 60-80. The goal is to gather basic knowledge that could one day help inform better dietary advice for aging well.
