Summary

This study tests if daily low-dose atropine eye drops can prevent nearsightedness (myopia) in children aged 6 to 9 who are at risk. Over 12 months, the dose may be adjusted based on how fast the child's eyes change. The goal is to find the best dose to stop myopia from developing.
