NCT ID NCT06981299
Summary
This was the first study in humans for a new drug called PROT-001. Its main goal was to check if the drug is safe and to see how the body absorbs and processes it. The study involved 102 healthy adult volunteers and tested single doses, multiple doses, and how food or age might affect the drug. It also looked to see if PROT-001 interacts with two common heart and cholesterol medications.
