Dental implant study seeks best way to preserve jawbone

Summary
This study looks at how different types of dental implant connections affect bone loss around the implant over one year. Sixty adults with missing back teeth will receive one of three implant attachment methods. The goal is to see which method keeps the bone around the implant most stable. Participants will have X-rays and gum health checks during follow-up visits.
