Summary
This study tests a new way to treat an enlarged prostate (BPH) using steam delivered precisely with MRI guidance. It aims to ease urinary symptoms like frequent or weak urination. About 30 men aged 45-85 with moderate to severe symptoms will get the treatment and be followed for 6 months to check safety and how well it works.
