Summary
This study looked at whether two common types of prostate surgery affect memory and thinking skills differently. Researchers compared 132 older men who had either laser surgery or traditional surgery for an enlarged prostate. They tested the men's brain function before and three months after surgery to see if one procedure had a different impact.
