This study looks at whether a special MRI scanner (low-field) can help doctors deliver precise radiation therapy for prostate cancer in people who have both hips replaced. Standard MRI often produces blurry images near metal implants, making treatment planning difficult. The researchers will use a low-field MRI to get clearer images, then move the patient to a separate machine for radiation, all while keeping the patient in the same position. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and improves treatment accuracy for this specific group of patients.
