New hope for Tough-to-Treat prostate cancer

Summary
This study is testing if adding a drug called vorinostat makes a newer radioactive cancer treatment work better for men with advanced prostate cancer. The cancer has spread and stopped responding to standard hormone treatments. Researchers want to see if vorinostat can 'turn on' a target in the cancer cells, making them more vulnerable to the radioactive therapy.
