Summary

This early-phase study tests a combination of two experimental drugs for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and no longer responds to standard hormone therapy. The first drug helps the immune system attack cancer cells, while the second aims to boost that attack. About 40 participants will be enrolled to find the safest dose and check for side effects.
