Summary
This early-phase study is testing a new drug called pasritamig (JNJ-78278343) combined with other treatments for men with metastatic prostate cancer that no longer responds to hormone therapy. The goal is to find the safest and most effective dose. About 300 participants will be enrolled to monitor side effects and see if the combination can shrink tumors or lower PSA levels.
