First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 05, 2026 · Updated 37 times

Summary

This study looks at whether men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread can safely stop a targeted radiation therapy after 5 cycles instead of the usual 6. The goal is to see if a shorter treatment can control the cancer just as well while reducing side effects. About 236 participants will be randomly assigned to either 5 or 6 cycles of the drug 177Lu-PSMA-617.
