New hope for Tough-to-Treat prostate cancer?

NCT ID NCT07250542

Summary

This study is testing whether adding a drug called fasudil hydrochloride to immunotherapy helps control advanced prostate cancer that has spread and stopped responding to standard hormone therapy and chemotherapy. It will involve about 30 men who have already tried other treatments. The main goal is to see if this combination is safe and can lower PSA levels, a marker of prostate cancer activity.
