Summary
This study is testing whether less aggressive treatment works as well as more intensive therapy for prostate cancer that has returned or spread. Researchers are comparing different approaches, including targeted radiation alone versus radiation combined with hormone-blocking drugs. The trial involves 532 men with recurrent prostate cancer and aims to find the most effective treatment strategy while minimizing side effects.
