Summary
This study tests a combination of hormone therapy (leuprolide, apalutamide, abiraterone) and precise radiation (SBRT) in 28 men whose prostate cancer has returned and spread to a few spots. The goal is to see if this approach can lower PSA levels to nearly undetectable. Participants must have 1-5 visible metastases and no visceral spread.
