Study tests whether new ultrasound treatment preserves Men's quality of life better than surgery

Summary
This study compares how two different treatments for prostate cancer affect men's quality of life. Researchers will follow 102 men with favorable intermediate-risk prostate cancer who receive either complete prostate removal surgery or a newer, more targeted ultrasound treatment. Participants will complete quality of life questionnaires over two years to see which treatment better preserves their daily functioning and well-being.
