NCT ID NCT03902951
First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated Jun 08, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study tests a treatment for prostate cancer that has come back and spread to a few other spots in the body. It combines hormone-blocking drugs (leuprolide, apalutamide, abiraterone) with precise, high-dose radiation (SBRT) to kill cancer cells. The goal is to see if this approach can lower PSA levels and delay cancer growth. The study includes 28 men whose cancer has 1-5 visible metastases but no spread to organs.
