Summary

This study aims to find out which treatment is better for men with high-risk prostate cancer that hasn't spread: surgery to remove the prostate or radiation combined with hormone therapy. Researchers will follow about 840 men in the Netherlands to compare side effects, quality of life, cancer control, and treatment costs. The goal is to give doctors and patients clearer information to help make the best treatment choice.
