Summary
This study is testing whether an 8-week learning program for prostate cancer patients and their spouses helps them cope better. Couples will either receive usual care or usual care plus the program, which includes weekly topics, a mobile app, and professional support. Researchers will measure changes in symptoms, emotional well-being, and family strength through questionnaires over 16 weeks.
