Summary
This study aims to improve early detection of prostate cancer by adding MRI and a risk calculator to the standard PSA blood test. Researchers will enroll 4,500 men aged 55-65 in Italy to see if this approach finds more aggressive cancers while reducing unnecessary biopsies. The goal is to better identify who needs treatment and who can safely avoid it.
