Summary
This study tests a new way to give radiation to men with high-risk or advanced prostate cancer. It combines two modern techniques to deliver stronger doses to the tumor while sparing healthy tissue. The goal is to see if this approach is safe and works better than standard radiation. Participants will be followed for up to 5 years to track side effects and cancer control.
