NCT ID NCT07145437

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 02, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a simple blood test can predict which men with prostate cancer will have late side effects from a precise type of radiation therapy (SBRT). Researchers will take a blood sample before treatment and measure how well the cells handle radiation. The goal is to personalize treatment and reduce severe side effects. About 220 men aged 60 and older with low- or intermediate-risk prostate cancer will participate.
