New radiation approach aims to zap prostate cancer with fewer side effects

Summary

This study tests a precise type of radiation (stereotactic body radiation therapy) for men whose prostate cancer has returned after surgery. The goal is to find the safest and most effective dose while limiting damage to healthy tissue. 26 men with recurrent prostate cancer will participate to help determine the best dose for future studies.
