First seen Jan 19, 2026 · Last updated Jun 04, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding a gentle electrical stimulation to a standard exercise program can help men with prostate cancer maintain leg muscle strength while on hormone therapy. About 48 participants will be split into two groups: one doing exercise alone, the other adding electrical stimulation to their thigh muscles. The goal is to see which group has stronger leg muscles after 6 months.
