New program aims to lift spirits and ease side effects for prostate cancer patients

Summary
This study is testing a 6-month patient empowerment program designed to help men newly diagnosed with prostate cancer. The program teaches life skills and healthy habits through daily emails, videos, and group support, with the goal of improving mental health, fitness, and overall quality of life while reducing treatment side effects. It will compare about 400 men using the program to others receiving standard care to see if it makes a meaningful difference.
