Summary
This study aimed to create a better way to predict if prostate cancer has spread to lymph nodes. Researchers combined patient information, MRI scans, and genetic data from 367 men who had prostate removal surgery. The goal is to help doctors decide who truly needs lymph node removal, avoiding unnecessary procedures and their risks.
