Summary

This study tested whether using two immunotherapy drugs together (nivolumab and ipilimumab) could help men with advanced prostate cancer that had spread and was no longer responding to standard hormone therapy. It compared this combination against using one of the drugs alone or against a standard chemotherapy drug (cabazitaxel). The main goals were to see if the treatments could shrink tumors, delay cancer growth, and improve survival for the 351 participants.
