Shocking muscles to fight weakness from prostate cancer treatment

Summary

This study looks at whether adding neuromuscular electrical stimulation to a physical activity program can help men on hormone therapy for prostate cancer keep their leg muscle strength. About 48 men who have been on hormone therapy for at least 26 weeks will take part. Researchers will measure how much weight they can lift with their legs after 6 months.
