Scientists hunt for genetic clues in prostate cancer treatment
NCT ID NCT01953640
Summary
This study aims to understand how genetic changes in prostate cancer tumors relate to treatment response. Researchers collect tissue, blood, and urine samples from 92 men with advanced prostate cancer before and during standard treatment. By analyzing these samples, they hope to identify genetic markers that could help predict which treatments work best for individual patients.
