Summary
This early-stage trial tests a new drug called RO7656594 in people with advanced or metastatic prostate cancer. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see if the drug can lower PSA levels. About 210 participants will take part, and they must have already tried other treatments like hormone therapy or chemotherapy.
