Scientists test new prostate cancer pill formulas

NCT ID NCT04577833

Summary

This study is testing whether different pill versions of two prostate cancer drugs (niraparib and abiraterone acetate) work similarly in the body. It involves 136 men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and stopped responding to standard hormone therapy. The main goal is to see if new pill formulas get into the bloodstream at the same levels as the original versions.
