This study tests a combination of three drugs (apalutamide, abiraterone, and prednisone) given after chemotherapy for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and hasn't been treated before. The goal is to see if this approach can lower PSA levels more effectively and also learn about genetic factors in prostate cancer. About 7 participants are enrolled in this early-phase trial.
