Summary
This study asked men with advanced prostate cancer which of two standard chemotherapy drugs they preferred after trying both. The goal was to understand which treatment patients found more tolerable based on side effects and quality of life. Researchers enrolled 195 men who had not previously received either drug to get an unbiased opinion.
