Summary
This study looks at a type of radiation therapy called high-dose-rate brachytherapy for men with prostate cancer that hasn't spread. Doctors place tiny radioactive sources directly into the prostate to deliver a strong dose of radiation to the tumor while sparing nearby healthy tissue. The goal is to see how well this treatment controls the cancer and what side effects it causes.
