Summary

This study follows 750 adults who are getting a standard procedure (catheter ablation) for atrial fibrillation, a common heart rhythm problem. The main goal is to figure out why the condition comes back in up to 45% of people within a year. Researchers will track participants for 3 years, looking at clinical factors and new biomarkers to predict recurrence, as well as serious heart events and bleeding risks.
