Summary

This study is testing whether adding propranolol, a common blood pressure medication, to standard chemoradiation treatment helps people with esophageal adenocarcinoma. Researchers want to see if this combination is safe and more effective at controlling the cancer. The trial will enroll about 106 patients who are already scheduled to receive standard treatment.
