First seen Jan 27, 2026 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests whether adding propranolol (a heart medication) to standard immunotherapy and chemotherapy before surgery can help treat bladder cancer that has spread to lymph nodes. About 12 adults with this specific type of bladder cancer will receive the combination treatment. The main goal is to check safety, but researchers will also look at how well the treatment shrinks tumors.
