Can a common anesthetic stop Post-Surgery sickness?

NCT ID NCT07386379

Summary

This study aims to see if giving a higher dose of the anesthetic drug propofol during heart surgery reduces nausea and vomiting afterward. Researchers will observe 60 patients undergoing coronary artery bypass grafting, comparing those who receive a high dose to those who receive a low dose. The goal is to find out if the anti-nausea effect of propofol depends on how much is given.
